I.C.A.R.E Ministries Church is a Biblically-based, Gospel-centered missions ministry committed to the call to:
- EXALT Jesus Christ,
- EQUIP saints for Christian service,
- ENGAGE the lost for Kingdom citizenship,

We envision I.C.A.R.E. Ministries Church as a missions ministry intentionally focused daily on promoting and increasing citizenship in God’s Kingdom.
